Digital Memberships & Premium Challenges

RallyFriendsBoss primarily offers digital services, premium squad memberships, and entry into specific paid challenges. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to features, all sales are considered final.

Refund Conditions

We only issue refunds under the following strict conditions:

• If a paid premium challenge is completely cancelled by RallyFriendsBoss before it begins.
• If there are technical issues on our end that entirely prevent you from accessing a digital purchase for more than 72 hours post-purchase.

Physical Merchandise

If you purchase any physical merchandise (e.g., squad t-shirts or trophies) from our store, you have 14 days from receipt to return the item in unworn, original condition. Contact [email protected] to initiate a physical return.
